Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SIEExamReady (the “Service”), operated by Plus 44 Pty Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SIEExamReady provides educational preparation materials for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam, including video lessons, practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, and study guides. The Service is an educational aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FINRA, and we do not guarantee that you will pass the exam.

Official FINRA requirements always take precedence. Always verify current exam details at finra.org.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may delete your account at any time. See our Delete Account page for instructions.
• We may delete accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more, with reasonable notice where practical.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid access is offered as a $9.99 weekly subscription that auto-renews until cancelled, or a $79.99 one-time purchase for lifetime access. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout.

Billing is handled by the platform you purchase through:

• iOS:through the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel via Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android:through the Google Play Store. Manage or cancel via the Play Store → Subscriptions.
• Web: through Stripe. Manage from your account profile.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which details our Pass Guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including video lessons, practice questions, study guides, and design, is owned by Plus 44 Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Third-party source material is attributed where appropriate. You may use the content for personal study only, and may not redistribute, resell, or publish it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials
• Scrape, copy, or republish course content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent access restrictions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Purchase access through unofficial or unauthorized channels

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including Supabase, RevenueCat, Stripe, the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store, and Google Analytics / Firebase. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that its content is complete or accurate, or that using it will result in passing the SIE exam. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus 44 Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plus 44 Pty Ltd from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Terminating your account does not automatically cancel a subscription; you must cancel it through the platform you purchased from (see Section 4).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, where Plus 44 Pty Ltd is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us to try to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
