Our Pass Guarantee
We stand behind SIEExamReady with one simple promise: pass your SIE exam, or get your money back. If you complete your preparation with a paid plan, sit the SIE exam, and do not pass, contact us and we will either extend your access free of charge or refund your purchase in full. Your choice.
How to Claim the Pass Guarantee
Email us with the subject “Pass Guarantee”. Include the email address on your account and a copy of your official exam score report. Claims are processed within 5 business days, with refunds returned to the original payment method.
All Other Purchases Are Final
Outside of the Pass Guarantee, purchases are non-refundable.
Weekly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or device settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and unused time is not refunded.
Lifetime purchases are a single one-time payment and remain yours forever, including all future updates.
App Store and Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' own billing and refund processes. For store purchases, refund requests may need to be made directly through Apple or Google. The Pass Guarantee still applies. Contact us and we will make it right.
